    We changed setting price' process. Now price of link depends on Level of page and External Links.
    You can see new form in site's price settings.

    If you see low recomended price - you need to remove others external links at your sites' pages or set attribute rel='nofollow' to them.
    After it you can rescan sites and see good recomended prices.
